Christmas vacation's nearly over. Two weeks have come and gone, with all its holiday stress and relaxation. Big brother's in California once again, and I am again an only child in this house. Tomorrow, it's back to the old routine. In just a little over sixteen hours, I'll be sitting in Philo class again, waiting to receive the results of my midterms exam, which I really hope has at least a C+ on it. I'm not very optimistic when it comes to Philo. Come to think of it, when have I ever been optimistic anyway?
Went to the Ayala Museum awhile ago. Wasn't sure if I would actually meet Cerz and Ina there because we couldn't quite agree on the time. But when I got there, and I finished paying for my ticket, I turned around and saw Ina with one of our classmates, Dino, heading towards where I was. Cerz came along about half an hour later.
Not that the trip actually helped. I still don't know what I'm going to write about for my reaction paper in Film & Design. And I also have to do that paper on Chunking Express. What the hell can I write about the production design of Chunking Express? Argh, I'm beginning to appreciate period films. They're so much easier to write a paper on design about.
Good thing I managed to convince my mom to let me go home from White Plains early today. I'm finally done with the store, at least for the next three months. And I was the one who drove home. Dad's been pretty insistent lately that I finally master the art of driving without wrecking the car or annoying those driving on the same street with me. So, Kuya Joey let me drive. And as we were waiting for the opportunity to cross the street from the driveway of the store, I could see one of the employees of our store watching curiously, probably wondering if I would actually make it. And he was laughing! Damn him. But we're still alive, Kuya Joey barely. Spent ages just parking the car in front of our house. I'm probably going to absolutely hate parallel parking.
Ok, enough procrastinating. Back to the 19th century Philippine costumes and Chunking Express.
