Memory Lane
We went through the many old albums stocked in the shelves in our house in Bulacan, looking at all the yellowed photographs of our childhood. Damn. All I could think of as I looked at us way back when was...Edlyn, what the hell happened to you?!?
If I didn't remember a lot of those things in the pictures, I would have believed once and for all that I had been mixed up with some other baby when I was born. I don't look like the kid in those pictures!!! That kid was girly, that kid loved to wear skirts and dresses. That kid hogged the pictures, posing and smiling like some kid in the Little Miss Philippines contest.
So where's that kid in this short, dumpy, scowling girl now?!?
