Craving for Musicals
I'm in the mood to raid the musical libretto site, and in particular, Avenue Q, for songs with a bunch of lines that just hit too close to home right now. Heh.

I Wish I Could Go Back to College
(Kate is on the observation deck of the Empire State Building)

I wish I could go back to college.
Life was so simple back then.
(Nicky appears on a dark corner, shivering)
NICKY
What would I give to go back and live
in a dorm with a meal plan again!
(Nicky and Kate sigh. Lights rise on Princeton, at the hospital,
sitting next to Lucy's bed)
PRINCETON
I wish I could go back to college.
In college you know who you are.
You sit in the quad
and think, "Oh my God!
I am totally gonna go far!"

How do I go back to college?
I don't know who I am anymore!

I wanna go back to my room and find
a message in dry-erase pen on the door!
Ohhh...
I wish I could just drop a class...

Or get into a play...

I need an academic advisor to point the way!

Sitting in the computer lab,
4 a.m. before the final paper is due,
cursing the world 'cause I didn't start sooner,
and seeing the rest of the class there, too!

Dang. I miss watching musicals. Kasalanan ito ni Irah. Paulit ulit kasing kinakanta sa harap ko ang Phantom of the Opera. Inggit ako kay Cams! Nanood ng Wicked! I want to go to Broadway right now! LOL

ang morbid naman nyan. hahahaha. di ka pagbabarilin. lalo na kung magclo-cloak ka, tapos gugupitin mo yung buhok mo ng boys cut, tapos lalagyan mo ng kidlat na drawing ang noo mo. magsuot ka na rin ng salamin at magdala ng patpat.
di ka nila babarilin. iisipin lang nila maaga ang halloween. hahahaha. :P
